Cynthia Wooge, Ph.D, has been in the pharmaceutical contract manufacturing for over 20 years, with diverse experience including custom product development, technology transfer, process validation to business development.
Cynthia is currently in Global Strategic Marketing for SAFC, where she is responsible for identifying and facilitating pharmaceutical contract manufacturing opportunities, collaborations, technology and market trends to provide support for SAFCs GMP ADC and bioconjugation facilities. Previous roles within SAFC include 15 years managing R&D/process development scientists performing custom product development and technology transfer for contract manufacturing projects with a focus on antibody drug conjugates, therapeutic proteins, and bio-organic polymers and in project management. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Physiology and Biophysics at the University of Illinois after receiving her Ph.D. in Pharmacology at the University of Iowa College of Medicine and a B.S. in Biology from Indiana University.
